  • Staff sign in with their own account and see only the pitch they are assigned to.
  • Scores reach the public site and everyone following in about a second.

Made for young players

Safeguarding is built in, not bolted on

Most competitions on KompGrid include children, so privacy is the default. You don't have to remember to switch anything on.

First names and initials

Players appear as first name and initial on public pages. Dates of birth and guardian details are never public.

Consent recorded per player

Photo and streaming consent are separate, off by default, and recorded with the squad.

Waivers signed by guardians

Every player needs a signed waiver before the entry is complete, and the exact text signed is kept.

Access by role

Scorers only see their pitch. Team managers only see their team. Every score change is logged by name.

Every sport in its own words

Fourteen sports, each scored its own way.

Pitch or court, half or quarter or set: every screen, email and public page uses the terms your sport uses.

Football

Pitches, halves, goals, cards, team sheets and penalty shoot-outs.

Basketball

Courts, quarters, +1/+2/+3, team fouls, overtime and a box score.

Volleyball

Sets to 25, rotation and libero, and a four-signer scoresheet.

Padel

Pairs, games, golden point and tie-breaks, confirmed by both pairs.

Chess

Swiss pairings, players report, the arbiter confirms, games replay.

Pay per team, per month. From $3.

A 16-team league for a year is a few hundred dollars. A weekend cup of 68 teams is about a hundred. Prepaid packs bring the rate down, and prices differ by no more than 25% around the world.

Do players or parents need to install anything?

No. Everything public is a web page, and your staff sign in on their phone.

What if the internet drops on the pitch?

The scorekeeper keeps every tap on the phone and sends them as soon as it's back online.

How do we collect entry fees?

Connect your own Paystack account and fees go straight to you. KompGrid never holds your money.

Which sports work today?

Football, basketball, volleyball, padel and chess, plus futsal, netball, rugby sevens, the racket sports and esports, each with its own scorekeeper, rules and words. Chess events can run as a Swiss.

What does it cost?

You pay per team per month, from $3 to $4 depending on where you are, with discounts for prepaid packs. Drafts are free.
